Orders are picked and packed from our warehouse in Victoria, Monday to Friday. Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
During peak periods (school term starts, representative season, and major events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll keep you updated by email.

We ship to New Zealand via international courier. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business daysfrom dispatch.
